iCandy Apple Jogger

I didn't know much about iCandy before I went to my store and asked - I tried and tested a few of the models and they were all lovely but in the end we settled on the the iCandy Apple Jogger - and I LOVE it!!

It fits my needs perfectly by having quick release wheels and most importantly it's great for going fully off road. I live in quite a rural area so TOH and I enjoy an outdoor lifestyle, including muddy walks so the quick release wheels are ideal! Saves on time and mess.

It came with a pump, rain cover, black pad, hood, bumper bar and large shopping basket. With the jogger, we also have the option of getting a different hub and transforming it into a 4 wheeler - this is in addition to its existing versatility, reversible and reclining seat, carrycot and being car seat compatible. It's been a pleasure and a god-send - oh and it folds easily and comfortably in the boot on my ford KA. Perfect!

We live out in the countryside so needed to invest in a jogger which would coped with grassy, muddy and occasionally rocky terrain. Therefore, to us, the Apple Jogger has been a God send.

The seat is large and can be adjusted to so many positions to accomodate kids from newborn up to 5 (although it's recommended to use the carry cot till they are 6 months, and your child probably won't be using it t 5). It's handle extends to suit really tall parents, it's air tyres and all round suspension make it a really smooth ride and the swivelling/lockable front wheels make it suitable for near all-terrains. Plus there's the option of upgrading to a Pear should another baby be on the cards.Oh and it can be folded down with the seat attached. It's perhaps iCandy's heaviest stroller. Plus there's a knack to folding it so teaching the grandparents how to use it is a must! On the whole, I think it is well designed with so many clever features such as a rubber bumper stop that prevents it from scratching the floor when folding down. The swivelling bumper bar which makes it easier to get kids in and out quickly. Front and rear-ward facing seat, canopy with a peek-a-boo window. Additional flavour packs.

We purchased our iCander Apple Jogger just before the birth of our son - the chassis is quite heavy, however I preferred it's sturdiness to lighter models, and have since found it an advantage in use over many different terrains; It's durable and versatile.

We're just moving Baby George out of the carry cot (is it sad that this upsets me??) and is starting to use the seat unit. With both units I found it very easy to change, and both seem to have been/be very comfortable for George. The carry cot was very much suitable for over night and works just as well than if he were in a Moses basket. The seat unit works perfectly and easily in both forward and rear facing modes and I desperately look forward to playing around with the additional colours/flavours (hint for Christmas!).

The front wheel can at times be a bit precarious uphill, but I know from friends this isn't exclusive to iCandy. TIP: try not to overload the basket as doing so has caused it to rub against wheels - but other than minor wear and tear, I have yet to find anything to grumble about. Overall, a fantastic stroller!

I bought my Icandy Apple Jogger for my baby girl Sarah as me and my partner are keen walkers,we enjoyed a summer of great outdoors activities with our daughter and our Icandy puschair. Our daughter has been in the carrycot which had lots of room for her and is now being changed into the seat. She looks so comfy and happy!! we also purchased along with our pushchair a red hood and snuggle for the seat and it looks so good. I am so happy with our purchase and the service me and my partner have had from the store, our store was bump start MK, this is our first child and as many of you will know its a nervous and exciting time and the store helped us so much.

Complete and utter rubbish customer service from iCandy. After using the carry cot for approx 4 months the interior lining turned yellow and would not clean.

Also the two rear pneuamatic tyres repeatedly punctured although the iCandy was only used on standard pavements.

The under basket rubbed on the front wheel and had to be replaced by the shop.

The accessory parasol had to be replaced three times due to continuing faults.

iCandy customer service were not interested or helpful.
