As A Mummy To Three Children, Ranging Fom 8 Down T
As a mummy to three children, ranging fom 8 down to just turned 1, I have been through no less than 40 different pushchairs. From the small folding compact stroller, through to the all changing 9 in 1 travel system. Some call me a buggyholic, I personally call myself a buggy lover.
My first thoughts on the Graco Fusio was amazement on how small the box was. My thoughts were surely there has got to be more boxes, they must of forgot to send me half of it. But opening it up, it all came clear.
As you open the box, the contents are, a newbornh liner for the newborn baby, a rain cover, an apron and a footmuff. Then there is the actual pushchair.
Not being very technically minded, I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to assemble it and that Mr P, who is a mechanic, would be called in aided with tools. But I need not fear, it was so easy my 8 year old could of completed it and then laughed at me for it being too easy. All you have to do it simply pop the wheels on! Amazingly simple even for me!
This buggy is a brilliant buy. It does everything you need it to. It is suitable not only for the newborn baby but also for the growing toddler. There is no need to buy a smaller stroller as your child grows.
It fold downs so compact it fits easily in the boot of a car, I have a Vauxhall Astra sporthatch and there is still loads of room for the all important shopping! It is easy to fold down, just pull up the rear handle behind the seat and squeeze the handles and its down! There is no need to remove the seat unit, which is amazing.
The Fusio is so easy to push. It glides easily through aisles in shops, without taking half of the shop with you! The wheels can be turned to static mode on the front if you so wish, but personally I found the swivel wheels so light and they actually went where you wanted them too, no wonky wheel syndrome!
The seat unit easily changes from rear facing to forward facing with just a squeeze of a button. Perfect. The pushchair comes complete with a newborn liner snuggle insert, making it cozy and supportive for the new baby. This makes the pushchair into a pramette without a need for buying anything else. It also has an apron which you can put on the front so combined with the large hood, the wind won't get to baby. There is also harness covers so the straps don't rub against baby, I found these really handy for my active baby who frequently moves around looking at the world.
The seat is height adjustable with just a squeeze of a button on the rear of a seat. There is so many options, from lying flat to sitting up just a little for the younger baby, to the full upright position for a nosey toddler!
You can add a Graco carseat (Logico S HP) which just fits on top on the pushchair, meaning that you can transfer baby from the car to the pushchair without having to wake them.
All of the wheels are completely removable, so those trips to the muddy park don't result in needing to have your car boot valeted! They are so easy to take off, you simply push in the button, and they simply pop back on with a click!
The handles are rotating, meaning you can have them at just the right angle for you. I was concerned at first about there being no adjustable height, due to being only 5'1 myself and my husband being 6'4! But they really do suit us both.
The straps are easily adjusted and once by baby was strapped in, he was very secure, I had no worries about him being able to escape. There is also a bumper bar on the front which makes them seem even safer and is great for hanging toys on to keep baby amused!
I can't find anything bad to say about the Graco Fusio. I can hardly believe all these years of trying different pushchairs and wasting so much money and this was what we needed right from the start. My advice to you? Don't waste your money buying lots of different pushchairs, this does everything you will ever need.

With A Rrp Of Just £299, I Personally Think
With a RRP of just £299, I personally think The Fusio is great value for money. The price includes the Pushchair, Footmuf, Apron, Rain Cover and a very cosy Newborn Liner. It's really easy to assemble as it's just a case of snapping on the wheels and it comes with a really clear set of instructions.
It can also be used as a travel system by adding the Logio S Deluxe Car Seat and adapter and you can also purchase a hard Carry Cot if you wish. The seat is reversible and it's really simple to do so, you just unclip turn around, clip in one side then stretch the seat and clip in the other side. The Seat has four reclining positions from lying down flat (for newborns) to sat up straight (for toddlers up to 3) as well as a five point harness.
The hood is nice and big to shade little eyes from the sun and has a lovely see through bit to allow you to peek in if baby is facing out or for baby to take a look at the clouds. It's also made from UV tested fabrics which offers great peace of mind.
It folds and unfolds very easily with colour codes to let you know if the pushchair is not fully open. The step on/off foot break is also colour coded as well as the locking wheels, which is on the side of pushchair - no need to bend down. Because it umbrella folds, when folded it's nice and compact and doesn't take up much room in the boot. I have a Megane, which doesn't have the biggest boot, and there is still plenty of room for a weeks shopping and my changing bag. When folded it's also free standing which created a lot of interest in the doctors surgery whilst visiting the health visitor.
As it only has small wheels I was concerned about taking it off road, but it's handled really well. We've been across bumpy streets, grassy parks and even a stony beach and my little boy still hasn't been woken. It's also great at doing a 360 degree turn, great for chasing after a tearaway toddler.
It has a huge shopping basket, big enough to take my rather large OiOi changing bag. The handles will also take a couple of shopping bags each if required. The handles swivel so can be adjusted for pushers of different heights and although they are very very low in the lowest position my Husband found the highest very comfortable and he's six foot.
All in all I think it's great and fantastic value for money as it'll be the only pushchair I'll need.

My 1 Year Old Daughter, Grace, And I Have Been Usi
My 1 year old daughter, Grace, and I have been using Graco's newest offering to the pushchair market for nearly 3 weeks now, and we are pleased to say the Fusio is a big hit - with both me and her!
First and foremost the Fusio looks wonderful. The Fusio comes in two colour combinations (black & grey and black & red - we have the latter) and the modern print brings a new dimension to the classic Graco brand as we all know it. My very first travel system when I had my first daughter eight years ago was a Graco and I can tell you they have come an awful long way! The pushchair was very easy to assemble out of the box; it must have been as I managed to complete the whole task without once asking for my husband's help.
The Fusio is very light at just 6.5KG and folds up really small (I have a HUGE car because I have alot of kids, but if you have a small car this would be great for you!). I don't use public transport, but I would think this would be a doddle to get on and off buses etc. It also stands up on its own when it's folded up which I think is brill, no more having to sling my buggy in the downstairs cupboard out of sight; I can just tuck it neatly behind the dining room door.
The major selling point of this pushchair is the fact the seat unit is reversible - baby can either face you or face outwards. The process of changing the direction of the seat unit is incredibly easy and literally takes 30 seconds to do. Grace prefers to be facing outwards as she is very nosy and likes to watch what her brothers and sister are doing when we are out and about, but had I had this when she was smaller the fact she could face either way would be a huge bonus.
The handling of the pushchair is fab, I can easily push it one handed and the handles are multi positional so you can rotate them to suit you (and are also perfect for hanging lots of shopping from ;-) ). The shopping basket is a good size and I can easily fit in anything I might need to carry with me. Obviously I can't give you a firsthand account of how comfortable it is on the move, but Grace seems very happy and the spring suspension seems to make for a lovely ride. The main seat is padded and has a 5 point harness which was easy to work out first time. The seat itself has four positions, from upright to fully reclined, there is a simply a handle on the back of the seat to move it up and down. Grace spends most of her time in the upright position these days, she doesn't sleep very much (day or night - but that's another story altogether!)
I love the fact that this pushchair comes with everything you will need; it comes with a beautifully thick and cosy coordinating foot muff, a rain cover, coordinating apron and snugly newborn liner. The pushchair I owned previous to this one didn't come with any of the accessories I needed it to have and those cost me over £100 extra! There is a car seat and carrycot if you are purchasing this for a newborn, but essentially you have everything you will need for the price. This is not a "cheap" option, RRP is more than your average stroller - but if you are looking for a good quality pushchair complete with accessories, from a name we all trust, to take you from newborn to toddler (it is designed to carry up to 15KG) you won't go far wrong with this.
