Cosatto Cabi 3 in 1

I loved the cosatto cabi pram at first and couldnt wait to use it. Fell in love with the look of it and have it in red. My baby slept in it really well. Lots of comments about the look.I loved that it is parent facing. Good value compared to i candy which looked pretty similar for a lot more money.

Car seat was quite hard to take off the chassis and put back in the car dont know if that because im quite petite and found it hard to reach around the seat. Rain cover easy to use fits on pram better than pushchair though.

Moved my baby into the pushchair a bit early she was a winter baby and wanted her to see more when the weather got better. My big problem is with the pushchair seat. She never looked comfortable always leaning to one side. I thought maybe it was because she was a bit little at first. But by the time she was one she was still struggling in it. The seat has 3 positions but in sitting mode it is too upright she looked like she was standing or to far back so she could not see properly.

Also found the seat quite stiff to adjust the grey buttons sometimes get stuck. Shopping basket is a good size mine has a hole in it though as the break pushes into it. It is a bit annoying that you cant fold the whole unit down in one go, especially in the rain in car parks! Easy to put up and down though. My hubby is 5'9 and tends to kick the bar at bottom of the pram when he walks. I have since bought a zia pushchair which we both prefer, baby sits much better in it. Hardly use the cosatto now so a bit of a waste of money as only had a years use out of it.

This is a dreadful pram, not only does it not steer very well when you try to go up a curb it nearly falls over.

As for the attachments they do not secure very well on to the base and you need to remove the brackets to put the car seat into the car.

Does not fit in the boot without dismantling.

Overall a poor purchase on my behalf.

The COSATO CABI pram has so many good points and i am so glad i purchased it. As a mum of 3 i have had alot of prams/buggys and this one is definately my favourite for both looks and value for money.

I have the 'free as a bird' model and have had no end of compliments about how nice this pram is.I did alot of research before purchasing this pram and have had no problems with it.

I find the steering great and think it steers fine one handed. The carrycot is great as it all comes out so it can be washed and my daughter fitted in it comfortably until she was 5months old. Ihave just started using the buggy and this also is very comfortable for my daughter. This pram has a great raincover aswel.

The only downside to this pram is that the chasis need to be removed when folding (as does alot of other brands do). But this would be hard to manage if you need to travel on buses ect. The hood doesnt fit onto the buggy as good as it did on the carrycot and feel a few more bits of velcro would have made it more secure (but it still looks fine) and the raincover could have benefit from a zip in it.

ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL PRAM/BUGGY/CAR SEAT.IDEAL FOR MUM WITH NEWBORN AND TODDLERS.I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE AND HAD A TEST PUSH TOO AT MY LOCAL PRAM CENTRE.

ALTHOUGH ALL THE NEGATIVES I READ ARE CORRECT, FOR EXAMPLE THE WEIGHT DIRECTED AT FRONT MAKING IT NECESSARY TO PLACE A FOOT ON REAR BAR TO MOUNT SMALL KERBS,AND THE NEED TO REMOVE BODY OF BUGGY AND PRAM FROM BASE BEFORE PUTTING IN BOOT, THEY DID NOT PUT ME OFF AND AM SO GLAD I TRUSTED MY JUDGEMENT.

I AM A MUM OF THREE UNDER 5'S MY NEWBORN, A 2 AND 3 YR OLD SO IT WAS EITHER ANOTHER TANDEM WHICH I DIDNT FANCY AT ALL OR A STURDY BUGGY WHICH WOULD ACCOMODATE A RIDE ON BOARD, AS MANY WILL KNOW THESE CAN TIP THE PRAM SO EASILY AND ALSO REQUIRE STURDY PARALELL BARS ON BUGGY FOR ATTATCHMENT.

I ALSO WANTED MY NEWBORN TO HAVE THE COMFORT OF A FULL PRAM BODY, BUT BE LIGHTWEIGHT. THIS TICKS ALL THE BOXES WITH EASE AND THE BALENCE ISSUE MEANS IT IS IDEAL AND HAS NEVER EVER SHOWN THE SLIGHTEST WOBBLE WHEN MY TODDLERS JUMP ON BOARD WITH MY BACK TURNED. EXCELLENT PURCHASE AND DESIGN IF YOU WANT COMFORT AND STYLE FOR YOUR NEWBORN AND NEED A TODDLER BOARD, ALSO HAS A FULL BAR HANDLE SO IF LIKE ME YOU HAVE TWO TODDLERS, WHEN NEEDED YOU CAN PUSH WITH ONE HAND.

TOTALLY IDIOT PROOF TO ASSEMBLE PUT UP/DOWN ETC, NO NUMEROUS BITS N PIECES TO REMEMBER AND ALL ACCESARIES INCLUDED, THE BEST RAIN COVER I HAVE COME ACCROSS FITS PERFECT IN ALL MODES WHICH SURPRISED ME AS I THOUGHT CAR SEAT MODE WOULD BE SWAMPPED BY COVER BUT IS PERFECT.

GREAT BUY.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It was the best choice i ever made, the pram is suitable for day and night sleeps and the inside comes off so it can be washed.

Like others have said its hard to steer one handed but i have no problems when im out and about with it.

The only down side is the carrycot has to be taken off to fold the frame down, no good if you are out on your own.

I am yet to try the seat unit but i must admit i put my 3 year old in it and there is noway even a 2 year old would be comfy in it!

I would advise shopping around on the web for the cosatto as you can find it cheaper then £400 odd

Many good points like the fact that the baby can face you but we quickly found that with a big baby it was very difficult to manaevoure as the small wheels at the front got stuck on even the slightest pebble and just wouldn't very easily. Trying out other buggies with weight in you can really tell the difference. Our son is 20 months now and is almost grown out of it. Almost impossible to move around. So would definitely think about a different model as it does have a design fault in my opinion.

Forgot to say that Cosatto Customer services were great as well. We needed a spare wheel and the service was excellent and the new wheel arrived after just 3 days.

Can't fault it. I love it, the baby loves it. Superb quality.

Easy to push and easy to load into the car.

I did a lot of research on this buggy. I loved the looks and then tried one out in a shop. Love at first sight. I had read some negative reviews but I I bought the buggy anyway because I couldn't find anything wrong with it.

I have had it now for over a year and it is simply fab. I have had many other buggies before and this one is the best.

I looks amazing and the baby loves it. The quality is excellent, something you usually only see in buggies much more expensive. It is easy manovourable and easy to pack into the car and back. All covers can be washed.

just to furter add to the cabi with the broken brake. it was returned to my house in 5 days this time, great i thought only it was still broken! even emails to cosattos ceo got me no where they genuinely dont care once they have your money. in the end i have returned to the shop where i bought my cabi and gotten a refund which i must add a lot of shops probably wouldnt agree to so you could end up stuck with your cosatto. am now in the process of buying a silver cross to replace the cabi
