Moldy Food, An Hour With Customer Service To Get A $5 Refund
I had a bad experience with Amazon Whole Foods delivery service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Aside from the fact that they almost always have items that they cannot fulfill -- and they are the largest online store in the world so they should be able to manage proper inventory -- the last order from them (which will be my last) included MOLDY BUNS.
We didn't notice the mold until serving the food, which ruined more than just the buns. These were served the SAME DAY as the food arrived.
What's worse, and to add insult to injury, Amazon's customer service in 2020 is just the worst. They require you to call or chat (no email or form contact, no way to attach photos), and it took AN HOUR with the chat reps to handle this issue. With three different chat reps. One even gave me an email to contact Amazon which doesn't accept incoming emails.
In the end, it looks like they put through a refund for $4.99 for the buns -- but they couldn't even give me a confirmation number or confirm the total. I also asked in the chat to have my Prime Membership cancelled -- three times before I eventually left because it had been an hour -- and they DID NOT do it.
I would seriously and strongly recommend not ordering Amazon Whole Foods delivery service unless you want to receive missing and damaged products, waste an hour of your time to receive a refund worth $5 (this or choose to keep moldy bread, as one example), and ruin your dinner and entire night after trying to reach the customer service.
A really bad experience that will be my last with Amazon Whole Foods, and the customer service -- this company's inability to provide any worthwhile customer service at all -- has made me decide to stay away from Amazon in general.
Buyer beware -- you may waste your time, food and money -- I did.

Whole Foods Sushi Bar
I am not sure if this specifies the specific location, but I am assuming that Whole Foods products in general are relatively the same when it comes to freshness and quality. To be specific I was at the 10601 San Jose Blvd location. So since I am in a "leaving a review" kind of mood today, I thought I would take a second out of my day to note that Whole Foods "Sushi Bar" is like no other! OMG! It was so nice to be able to go in and take out fresh sushi as if I was at a restaurant. I will be back!

I Think I Could Live There
I have bought so many things there and it was fantastic, all of it. The great fact is that I can visit this place when I travel and eat healthy and tasty.

A Sanctuary For Health Food Enthusiasts!
Whenever I'm in London, I always try to make time to visit Whole Foods Market whenever possible. They offer a wonderful range of products; groceries, supplements, food to go and natural beauty products. Their range of fruits and veggies is fantastic; all organically grown, and sourced in the UK where possible. They have a good balance between locally sourced produce (at this time of year things like kale, apples, pears and squashes are in abundance) and exotic produce that you struggle to find in other places (thai coconuts, jicima, honey mangoes etc). They offer a HUGE range of allergy conscious options (baking ingredients, snacks etc) and hard to find health foods like Chia, Spirulina, Coconut butter, Mung bean pasta.. the list goes on. I also love their wide range of consciously sourced meats and fish; free range poultry, grass fed beef and line caught wild salmon are the order of the day.
Price wise, they are a little on the expensive side, but for me its worth it for the optimum quality of products and service.
What's nice is that the different stores offer different products, so you get good variety if you visit different ones across the city. I just wish there was one closer to where I live!

Really Impressive Shop
The Whole Foods that just opened in Richmond is a wonder to walk around. We went on the opening day and I have never seen so many people in Richmond before. Where did they al come from??
The store is split into two floors. The top floor is dedicated to food on the go making it my favourite place to get a cheeky lunch when I'm treating myself. They have a Mexican bar where you can get burritos, I had a pulled pork one which was good value at £4.99 :)
They also had a vast array of cakes and beautiful looking desserts, a hot counter for food (which they normally have in other stores) selling rotisserie chicken and sides as well as a pick and mix section which I can see could turn out to be costly (massive box of mac n cheese).
Downstairs they have the normal supermarket area. But this is still impressive as the goods vary from what you normally find at Tesco or Waitrose.
I like it. It adds a nice little community feel with the outside tables and friendly staff. Go take a look
Iэму also been there on the opening day and it was fantastic. It proved that the place is well-known by many and it is worth this attention.
