After 4 years on full membership I found that the outside pool was so restricted I could not access it around my work commitments I asked at reception if I could talk to someone about this but was told to write a letter which I did I also tried to call 5 times on January 2nd but not once was the phone answered. I have written setting out my concerns but their reply ignored all the issues raised in my letter simply telling me I should pay them 3 months notice for a facility that due to their changes I can no longer use. Of course they don't tell you when you join that they will restrict amenity like this without giving you notice so that you can at least work your notice using the facility for which you joined.When I signed up I told them I was joining for the outside pool as all the other clubs in the area just have inside pools.Beware they are less than truthful, they won't make any attempt to even speak to you if you raise a concern preferring to simply pass your name to their solicitor who threatens you with court action.Obviously 4 years full membership counts for nothing other than allowing them to discriminate against you as they demand 3 months notice rather than the 1 month notice they take from you if you have been a member for less than a year.
