I want to know if you don't claim your points, they don't roll over to the next year. I have been waiting buy a big item so was saving my points, and as I am a pensioner who shops, my points take a while to add up.

If they don't roll over the points, why am I not notified?

I bought 2 Electrostatic Dazzle Dusters made, by Addis, from Pick and Pay at the Waterfront in Bloemfontein. They were priced R55 per item. I then walked over to Kloppers in the same center and I found the exact same items for R19 each, against R55. That's %300 less in Kloppers and they are still making a profit; they are not giving it away.

Of course I went back right away and returned the items from Pick and Pay. This is of course not an isolated incident.

How do you justify this kind of pricing when you at Pick and Pay bye 100s of times more stock than that being bought by a store like Kloppers?
