My review is on the "Hannah Corporation Ltd" which a google search (after I received a call) is based in Wellingborough in Northampton. They appear to sell various types of insurance and they rang me-I was looking for house insurance. Now, my caller was professional and polite (over the phone) and did confirm everything by email!

So, when I viewed the indepth quotation provided I noticed that the house was only covered to a value of £200k. so, given the callers time etc I emailed back to enquire further. Sadly, after 5 days Hannah haven't responded to me so I have taken out insurance elsewhere.

1. Please read carefully quotations that you get from anyone-including "the Hannah Corporation Ltd"

2. if they don't ring you back, they really don't need or want your business

3. do NOT say yes over the phone-ask to read the information they have stated over the phone (my caller never confirmed the full details of the policy)

I fail to see why you pay someone to take 20 minutes out of their day to give someone a quote and then simply ignore the email that asks for more information. Hence "very puzzled". but given I have better insurance elsewhere for a much lower price-shop around!
