I used the Farmfoods store Lichfield Road Willenhall today. Firstly I am disabled and I was helped by an assistant to get a trolley, that was great. But then during my shop two men were caught steeling and I was beyond impressed by the shear guts and professionalism of your staff members. She had seen them steeling and confronted them at the store exit. Other staff members rallied round and locked the doors, one of the men was shouting at her as she was blocking his exit. She continued to talk calmly and explained the gravity of a conviction diffused the situation. They dropped the stollen goods and the door was unlocked. Please ensure that the staff at this store receive the praise they deserve for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I came to the clifton store farmfoods and was welcomed by a lovely young lady and was offered a basket I found this marvellous and every time I come in she is always busy but she always makes time for the customers and she is very positive very helpful it's nice to see in a shop and. Customer service is brilliant I work in a shop primark I know how hard it can be and when your busy and when being served she packs bags and is better than I am I would give her 10 out of 10 for customer service

Stunningly bad food handling in the langley mill store now,sausages left thawing on trollies,and then being refrozen,,uncooked meat being stored in same fridge as cooked chickedn pasties etc.

Youll find lots of food packaging contains as much ice inside as food,this has been allowed to thaw and then refrozen.

The auntie wotsit chips are often mouldy and discoloured.

Told the local council, they couldnt care less if you die of food poisoning.

I purchased Farm foods frozen chicken thighs and each one has barely any meat on it and a very large spine type bone all down one side.I went back a few weeks later and they are exactly the same so obviously not a one off mistake.Disgusting meat, ruined my barbecue and I will never ever shop there again

Taste the huge difference with ethically raised,

hormone antibiotic and chemical free meats and fish.

The Pasturebird video on their site was wonderful!

They show the birds grazing on grass in a revolutionary

method of raising poultry. The birds look happy!

I am a repeat customer of many of their products,

and I speak with 44 years experience as a NYC chef.

Would not recommend working here especially in Bo'ness store I worked there hours are a disgrace management take it upon there selfs to change you're shifts constantly so if u make plans forget them as rotta will be different all the time certain staff treated differently from others not getting holidays or them being changed !! Shift patterns hardly mixed up certain one constantly getting long late shifts while others get away with it I'm glad I no longer work for this company really wish the union was there when I was cause the staff need support !!

Now. We all no that farmfoods offers good dals and that but they are severely short staffed in the store that I visited so much so I wont shop there anymore. Products are good and unique to Farmfoods but again this is dogged by the lack of staff in the shops. So my review for this is a 21/2

No nonsense high value store where we can pick up most essentials. Voucher system gives up to 10% off already low prices. Staff in Wolverton store competent and friendly, but high churn maybe because very young. Sometimes milk fridge left empty even though they have more in the back although they'll happily refill on request.

I read with interest other reviews about meat products and cannot say I've had a bad experience. However I only buy frozen foods that I believe are ok to freeze, mostly fish/prawns, chicken breast and whole chicken and duck. The LA diner range varies considerably. The chicken dippers are immense value, low salt, 100% chicken breast and nice hot or cold. But LA Diner not always great.

Milk 3 jugs for £2 less any voucher discount is incredible! We have stopped giving main supermarkets the business, just buying what we cannot get in FF. They demonstrate what a rip-off the larger stores are as I'm sure FF do not have the buying power of the big 3 supermarkets, and I don't notice significant quality difference between them and big 3 own brands on most items.

I suppose if I was to criticise the chain, it would be that the stores look a little run down but always clean. Staff is minimal which is how it should be. Very young but also friendly and professional. Nobody apparently over 25 though which is a bit odd. The manager at local store looks like she should be still at school but she's every bit as competent as any floor supervisor in retail establishment.

Prices do tend to hop around a lot as well, while on some items the offers are permanent. Usually always cheaper than other stores, so it's my go-to place for family food. They're starting to branch into more and more fresh food and prices equally competitive here. Would be a very sad day if they ever disappear or get bought out by a bigger establishment. Much prefer to likes of Iceland who I suppose are their direct competitor.

Bought gamon joint x cheese packs by 2 gud dates April put straight in the fridge wen got home earlier today opened the gamon absoulutely stunk horrible smel also the cheese smelt like sick ,checked all the other products in my fridge from various supermarkets x they wer fine also had problems with milk bein off as soon as its opened from farm foods

Three times I have bought frozen fish from Farmfoods. Dont buy!!

You cannot bake grill steam or microwave there fish. God knows what they do to the fish in the preparation stages but it is rubbish along with a lot of there meats.

There is nothing I liked about my visit to Farmfoods.

In its favour was a very large store with hardly any customers so plenty time to browse the freezers and no waiting time at the cash out.
