Great Shop Helpful Staff
The cakes here are beautiful and staff very helpful. I spend ages in here and end up spending a fortune!!!
One of my two favourite suarcarft shops along with Cupcake World Holmfirth can recommend both to anyone needing sugarcarft supplies.
Great sugarcarft shop with good range of products and they will order in items for you that they don't have in stock without charging a handling fee as long as you can wait for the delivery. (unlike Sugarcraft Creations Lindley who want to charge £10 and sometimes £20 to order in one small item!)
'Good Range of products'-Not sure where this lady was looking,but Three tiers has NO stock at all,the staff are slow and miserable! I asked for help and no one was that interested. Everyone would expect to be charged a small charge for P & P if ordering something not normally stocked on their shelves,I asked to look at 2 items in Screwfix,Halifax which werent in stock,and was told I had to pay up front for BOTH items before I could even look at them as they didnt normally stock them!!!
I have ordered special products from Sugarcraft at Lindley and never paid anywhere near £10 as a surcharge,I also think its a bit naff mentioning Lindley shop in a review about someone else,especially as you have already written a bad review about Sugarcraft,maybe you should go in and air your grievance in person,Ive never had a bad experience and feel many comments are unjustified
