Ordered two items - was immediately charged for both, but only one delivered. Repeated e-mails asking when second item would be delivered were ignored. This is plain deception. Do NOT buy anything from this company, they cannot be trusted - nor seemingly held accountable for their actions - and will take your money. I am now instigating a private civil action against these people to recover the amount outstanding (£15) for goods not delivered. Do you also want this hassle? Of course you don't. Buy from elsewhere.

Customer service is non-existent. They never reply to emails and never answer the phone. If you purchase an item and it is not suitable then you have lost your money. Returning an item is never refunded, so please don't waste your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.
