Thanks so much for the brilliant service. Have searched the country for a particular Le Chameau shooting jacket to no avail. This company pushed the boat out on this one for me and have now received the coat in question. Very friendly and efficient.

Went into the shop this morning with little expectation based on some of the reviews I've seen.

I've been clay shooting for a while and recently got my shotgun certificate so I was out for a look around.

I have been researching what I wanted for a few months and shot a few different makes of gun but the guidance, for obvious reasons, was always pretty biased.

From the moment I set a foot inside the door it was clear how focused all the staff were on customer satisfaction. The shop owner said guidance was free and that my satisfaction was more important that selling me a gun and that is exactly how it felt from my perspective.

I was helped to spend my budget very wisely and even though the shop was pretty busy I was looked after for approaching two hours that just flew by and as far as I am concerned I ended up with a purchase that was excellent value.

I have gun shops that are much closer to me than R&K but the memory I have been left with by the team will make me return time and time again.

Hats off to a team genuinely dedicated to customer service.

Having read some of these reviews I do wonder whether these people have ever been to R&K ? I have used various gun shops over the years and have to say that the service you get a R&K is absolutely second to none. Some time ago I had an old side by side completely overhauled and they called me once a fortnight to tell me how the refurbishment was going, when the gun had been reproofed etc etc. Nothing was left to doubt. He also specifically sourced a Left Handed Beretta DT10 for me and got it direct from Berettas main office for me. I recently talked to them about an FAC and Johnny gave me an application form and offered to help me fill it in. If I ever have any questions about Clay shooting Mike is always very helpful.

I would honestly recommend these guys to anyone and if you visit them you certainly won't be disappointed.

I have used many different gunshops throughout my 40 years of shooting but i have to say RK have been the best to date. I have purchased a cz 455 .22lr and a bettonseli diamond in the past few months and the service has been excellent, [name removed] have always been friendly and treated me with the up most respect and that is the key issue here, if you do not give respect you do not receive it.My friend introduced me to them and now i will not go elsewhere and i will be purchasing a semi auto 12g within the next 4 months.Keep up the good work all, cheers Scott.

So good, I brought girlfriend here to buy her Air Arms, my brother for his Weihrauch and am scheduled to make a visit with girlfriend's Dad for a BSA.

Definitely worth a visit and regularly recommended to all friends and family.

The after sales service has been just as good.

The previous reviews commenting on poor customer experience just don't tally with any of my own experiences at all over the last year.

Have been to shop a lot' I have spent a lot of money, will not ever go back only thinking about the money,thought that I was more than just a customer but now I know that I'm not

Phoned up to see if they had any used Daystate rifles. The chap I spoke to was rude, said he did not have any stock. I then asked if he would take my name and telephone number and call me if he had any in the near future. His reply " I haven't got time to be ringing people back, when I have stock" gave him a polite goodbye, and hung up.

Won't be going to that gun dealer for anything at all.

Went and spent over 1100 quid and was spoken to like rubbish Will not visit again ronnie sun shines is far better
