Couldn't Be Happier!
I REALLY wanted these boots. Ive had no luck purchasing online. Everything I like is out of stock. I found some awesome boots and then looked up reviews for field and trek. They weren't very good. I decided to take the risk. About 8 days later, my boots arrived! Being in Oz,I expected a long wait. Rapt with the fast delivery and the boots are awesome!!

No Refunds Given, Only Credit Notes. Beware.
As part of Sports Direct this shop has the same policy of no refunds.
Buy an item, seems to fit OK, take it home to see if it goes with other things, it does not, take it back to the store. No Refunds.
They have you money and are not willing to give it back. Only Credit Notes.
If we buy these cheap items and put up with a huge change like this on the High Street, who's to say which retailers will follow suit.
So I will never shop in this chain or retailers again. Please decide on your principles and see what you think.
They are not only greedy for your money they are dishonest as well. I will never go near them again. I am still waiting for a refund a month after buying a jacket online which was damaged. I returned it and they sent me another one which was even more damaged. They are not just incompetent, they are fraudulent.
