I had gone to Big Bazaar at Rajajinagar, Bangalore, today. I was under the impression that the advertised prices are reflected in the bill, but I realised that I had paid full prices in most cases. For example, Pantene shampoo had a label price of Rs 379 and it had an offer of Rs 60 at the counter, and I realised, after returning home, that the full price was charged to me. Similarly, with many other products. So check the prices carefully. I would any day trust 'Buy-and-Save' at Malleswaram both for its prices and for correct billing.

Today when I went to purchase a quick item of my necessety i forgot to carry my credit card however I was having sufficient cash to purchase the same.

When it was my time to pay the bill which was 290 INR I

Gave 500 INR cash n gentleman standing there very politely refused to accept cash n asked me

If I am carrying my credit card as he was not having any change for 500 Rs.

When I refused for the same he very politely ask his staff to stag back the material I purchased.

This was a pathetic way of approaching any customer related query.

I felt so insulted dat moment not have words to express.

My question to organisation is that if this is the way you guys run an organisation.

Is this the way because of your people not doing their homework well all customer have to suffer.to

Since you guys are running a retail shop its yours responsibility to keep all tools ready if I want to pay cash den I can and no one tells me what I should carry n what I should not...

I have had the worst ever customer service of my life in big bazaar. The service levels are very poor across in all branches.In chennai i have visited both the showrooms at Virugambakkam and Express avenue, royapettah. I have book bed, mini book shelf, Dining table etc.at Express avenue on 28/03 and at virugambakkam on 01/04. But the services levels are WORST.... which i really mean it.

On the date of purchase both the places it took more than 1 hour for billing alone. On 01/04/2012, when i had purchased goods above Rs.5000/- thru credit card. In total i have purchased more than Rs.65000/-

i have been asked to provide my ID proof, which i perfectly understand the procedures. But to take the photo copy of the same it took more than half an hour for them to take a copy of it.

When i wanted to escalate the issue to the floor manager i was DENIED. NO one attend to me.I was in urgency, since i have to attend to a funeral which was unexpected and even then no one bothered.

I have registered my complaint in your complaint register on the same day which is of NO USE and only a mere formality. I have registered

on 01/04/2012 along with my contact no. hoping that someone will call me. But till now, no one called me.

When i am calling today to check my delivery status after 12.00pm they say, no one is available in stores so they are asking me to call after 1 hour..

I like your (Big Bazzar). I think (Big Bazzar) rocks. Your (Big Bazzar) really does the job.i will alos like to recomment to others as the saying goes if you like our product tell others and if you dont please tell us . So i had written you this to remind you that you guys are doing awesome and continue doing this future is yours.

The SHOP offers all home appliances, clothing, bakery items etc there is little to complain about it. The service is good, with lot of personnel available to satisfy customers. The quality of the groceries should improve. Rice and pulses are sometimes stale and not fit for consumption.Air conditioning should also be more effective

The advertisement given in the newspapers are not available at your store. For example after reading your advertisement in Times of India on 24th March 2010 I visited your store at Lower Parel, Mumbai. I wanted tgo purchase a bucket where the offer was buy one get one free. The staff at the store were not aware of the offer and refused to offer the same. Is it a marketing gimmick to make the customers visit your store.

In big bazaar always we got only dumped waste products only,and also customer support is very bad like we get in some local teddy shops.

The biggest retail market in India with its branches in all the big cities in India, big bazaar had withstood the tide of recession. The first of its kind in India, offers all home appliances, grocery, clothing, food courts, there is little to complain about it. The service is good, with lot of personnel available to satisfy customers. Sophisticated equipment (also the first in India), for transport within the mall is present. For those who are interested in fashion including all electronic gadget, Big bazaar is the one stop shop
