Hot Foot Shoes

Great shoes at Hot Foot Shoes, but beware ladies worst return policy ever. So here I am today, 1/16/2009, less than a month from Christmas, asking if I can come in to exchange the boots; nope, I didn't ask for money back, I asked to exchange for another shoe and I am more than prepared to pay the difference if I find a pair with a higher price tag, but no, the store manager informs me there is no wiggle room on their exchange policy, not even for a Christmas gift which I might say, my boyfriend did a fabulous job of picking out. Word to the wise, don't buy here unless you are 1000% sure about the shoe because there is no true customer service here. I got a pair of boots as a gift from this store, but low and behold their return policy is for exchange is 1 week. I never heard of such a thing. In this spiraling economy you would think that customer service would be more of a priority than it is. Putting unreasonable time frames on things such as returns or not providing the highest quality customer service at all times is only going to hurt businesses in the long run.
