Big Shoe Bazaar

I ordered shoes on 27th October and I dont get it till 8th November and when i ask them they told me the same that "You will receive in one or two days". I doubt about the quality of shoes. Now i feel i made a blunder after placing order to big shoes bazaar. Dont go to buy anything from here.

Worst ever service i had faced in online shopping.

i placed order BSB161276 for 3 Units in which i had received only 2 and when i asked for refund you had given a cheque which was bogus.

ICICI bank people had said like there was nobody with name SURESH KUMAR which has signed as.

cheque NO 002941 dated 27-09-2010 and amount is 357.80

Definitely will try to escalate to cyber police for this kind on online fraud.....

The people in the customer care are the stupidest I have ever come across.

I do not expect much but they are worse than 10 year old kids who atleast listen to what you are saying!! lol

Think twice before making a purchase here because you might lose your money for good; and yes, that can happen here!

Same problem here from big shoe bizaar. Order placed 15 days ago, no news, no reply to my mails, phone always off or busy. I asked a refund too, no reply, no refund and no shoes.

Seriously thinking BigShoeBazaar is a fraud...

The big shoe bizsaar site is very slow. many times there are no confirmation on the purchase.

I have ordered shoes from the Big Shoe Bazaar, and I have waited for 2 weeks. In this two weeks I have contacted them 3 times via email, and I was promised delivery in 2 days every time.

In their chat server, almost all the time, no one would be available.

Finally, after 2 weeks they were not sure if the shoes I ordered were in stock, and they asked me to wait for 2 - 3 days more.

I asked for the refund, but it takes then 15 days.
