A Nightmare Before Christmas!
I had the worst experience during Christmas time. At first I got charged twice, one for the price I was supposed to be paying ($76-30%off site wide sale=$53.20) and one for the full price ($76). The transaction was done December 19 and five days later -today, December 24- one of the transactions finally cleared. To my surprise the one left on my account was the full price! And it was supposed to be sent with two day shipping, I still haven't received anything in the mail FIVE DAYS LATER! I called and spoke to a very rude customer service employee. To make a long story short they were very unhelpful over the phone wasting another hour and frustrating me even more over the situation. I personally feel like they are running a very bad business, not to say fishy, and everyone should be aware of that before purchasing something from them. Merry Christmas everyone!
