Very Pleased
Arrived the next day in perfect condition, of a few hundred bugs I don't think one was dead. Much better (and cheaper) than the local reptile shop, will definitely use again.

Do Not Use!!!! The Owner Of This Websit
DO NOT USE!!!!
The owner of this website is massively rude, don't believe what it says about next day delivery unless you choose to pay £5 for it! This is the email he sent me to give you an idea:
"Your order was placed after our same day depatch deadline for Thursday. Had you placed your order in sufficient time, it would have been sent the same day.
As we do not despatch Friday or weekends, your order was sent on Monday.
The despatch schedule is made clear on the website, and our reasons for not despatching over weekends are also made clear, and shared by many similar sites.
You selected first class post, we ask that you allow 5 working days for first class. You did have the option of Next Day Delivery.
Other suppliers use the same postal service, and are subject to the same delays.
If you have failed to prepare adequately to feed your mantis, that is regrettable, but not our fault. Mantis large enough to take small crickets take weeks rather than days to die of a lack of food. Further, crickets are not a suitable food for mantis in the first place.

You'll note the complete lack of knowledge about what his product is even for by the statement "crickets are not a suitable food for mantis".
I hope nobody else has the bad fortune to come into contact with this website or its owner

I would like to point out in the interest of providing the whole picture that the above email was part of a long chain in which the customer was extremely rude and refused to accept that the terms of the site applied to him, or that Royal Mail charge more for Next Day Delivery. I would very much like to publish the entire conversation to provide context to this, but am not able to publish customers' emails for obvious reasons.
The customer felt that although he chose to select first class post it should have been sent by next day delivery (which does indeed cost more, and the customer had the option to purchase when the order was placed) and although it was placed on a weekend, when we clearly state throughout the site we do not despatch, should have been sent immediately.
I trust any reasonable person reading this review will understand that orders are dealt with in accordance with our terms and despatch schedule, and that we can't despatch 24/7 using Royal Mail, nor can we upgrade an order to next day delivery for free because the customer does not want to pay for it.
I appreciate the tone of the email was firm, and could appear abrupt out of context, but would reassure others that this was a necessary response to reiterate a message not being otherwise absorbed.
Finally, as a breeder of many species of mantis, and supplier of some species to the trade, I do know a fair bit, and as echoed here by Mantishead, do maintain that crickets and mantis do not mix. Please refer to any active invertebrate forum or established breeder for confirmation of this.
Crickets are linked with a phenomenon known as 'black death' with mantis, and many people advise against crickets for mantis because of this...
