I was a bit nervous about using Firefly as they seem quite a small company with not much online feedback. But it worked out really well. Great prices for the storage supplies I wanted (which is why I thought I'd try them out). Ordered Saturday, delivered the following Tuesday. Would definitely use again and be less anxious about doing so!

I have never had such bad service and lack of contact over an order that was placed over a week ago. They seem unable to follow a simple request and unable to place a phonecall to confirm a delivery. They have been a nightmare from the start to finish. I never normally write reviews but they have been so terrible I feel I have to.

I will never shop with this company again and would advise everyone else to look elsewhere.

I ordered a portable hard drive from firefly and recieved confirmation emails etc. 2 weeks later the product had not arrived so i phoned firefly to be told the item was no longer in stock and no replacement stock was due in. I should not have to chase the company to be told this. The lady on the phone was helpful and offered to change the order to another product but i chose to cancel.

I ordered from this website because the prices were so good and I was trying to meet a budget. However, although the prices are very low the service is of a very standard. My itmes were delivered the day after I had prdered them and were of exceptional quality (better than some of the same products I had bough previously from Staples at 3 times the price.)

Some of the items I had ordered were not instock, so there was a note to say that thes bits would follow, which they did a couple of days later.

I've received such bad service from other comapnies that I had to write to say how refreshing it is to receive such good service.

After an awful experience with an on-line furniture supplier based in Twickenham, when my credit card company had to get my money back, I tried Firefly with a small order. Order went in on 13/10 and goods arrived 14/10 lunchtime. Good prices, excellent service and a company that obviously has its own stock. Thoroughly recommend.

This company has restored my faith in online office supply companies. I'd had a bad experience with another online office furniture company, so phoned Firefly when I found the same item on their site - I was assured that the workstation would leave on overnight delivery that afternoon (yesterday), and sure enough it was here before lunchtime today.

I had an email confirmation and account log-on details within 5 minutes of placing the order too.

Delivery was also free!

I'd give this company 10 stars if it were possible - phone answered quickly, helpful & pleasant staff and very efficient service.

As for the workstation: Smead Flexistand Height Adjustable - the instructions are typically vague, but once assembled, it's strong, sturdy and well finished - exactly what I wanted.
