Turn On Your Mobile

PLEASE READ THIS...AND DONT TRUST THEM..Under new Management. .Don't be ripped off..! They have Cannibalised my iPhone4 and I have Apple Store staff (whom id purchased it from only 4 months ago) that told me so, and TURNONYOURMOBILE are the only people whom I have EVER left my Iphone4 with..!

Apple staff showed me that (Turnonyourmobile) had removed the serial no from inside WHY?...(mine was 32gig) AND now I don't know what phone I had gotten back from Turnonyourmobile as it was returned dead WITHOUT ITS IMEI NUMBER..! They also tried to charge me for parts. What parts? As I had specifically requested the phone back in ORIGINAL CONDITION..!

ULTIMATELY as I felt they were lying to me during the PREPOSED COMPLETE repair, because their story as to what was wrong with the phone had kept on changing and I couldnt reach them FOR DAYS as their phone (only mobile number so already a bit DODGY..!) was always unobtainable.. SO I ASKED FOR MY IPHONE4 BACK and they tried to charge me $115 (pounds) for A PHONE THAT DIDNT LOOK LIKE MINE AS THIS ONE WAS SCRATCHED/SPEAKER MESH DENTED...!

At my appointment with the Apple Store 2 days later they told me this WASNT the same phone that Id bought from them only 4 months previously bits were missing and so I wasn't entitled to any repair/replacement so I had to buy a new Iphone4 ON TOP of the money Id given to TURNONYOURMOBILE to get my phone back..!

I Have receipts and witnesses and I can prove this all... So this is tantamount to criminal damage..!

The PREVIOUS South African owner whom was there for years i trusted with previous repairs/ services ...the people he sold it to are VERY DUBIOUS INDEED..!

GO TO CARPHONE WAREHOUSE INSTEAD !!!!
