Took my money , No tagbak delivered . Have not responded to email, difficult to obtain phone number, have not contacted me to resolve once I got the phone number as they promised. AVOID.

I found an apple iphone while on holiday which had a tagbak sticker on.. i phone the number on sticker on 3 different days in order to get the phone back to its owner. Each day it was an answering machine message. Never aperson! I eventually left a message.. and noone returned the call!

SO NO i Do NOT recommend! Ive got tagbak on my phone via protect your bubble... no wonder it was free.. may as well not bother! Total waste of money!

Www.Tagbak.net provides a service where they provide stickers with a unique ID that you can stick to your mobile phone or any item you own that ypu may misplace/lose, the Tags provide the ID and a phone number, whereas if you were to find an item with a Tag you (the finder) can contact Tagbak and arrange for the item to be returned and Tagbak will provide a small reward

I purchased a few of them for my mobile phones, as I change my phones regularly I requested a new set of Tags as eventually them become unsticky. I contacted Tagbak with the user ID details I was provided with, to receive a rather rude email in return stating I had provided the wrong details.

To cut along story short, after numerous emails back and forth and a copy of emails between two of the customer services reps advising how to provide replacement Tags,, its to months later and nothing has arrived.

Further emails have been sent, but Tagbak are now just ignoring my emails..........i cannot believe in this day and age a company can be this un-professional.

It would appear they are happy to take your money, but then dont want to know.
