Took two phones in - one with a broken screen and one with a broken back panel. The entrance to the shop feels a bit dodgy but the guys were very polite, helpful and fixed both phones in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

I bought an iPhone, with the problem being that the screen wasn't working fully and the glass protecting the screen was smashed. I found this company online and after reading some reviews decided to use them.

I sent out my phone through recorded delivery and it arrived the next day. Now their website says they will contact you when they receive your phone and will contact you again when they send it back. Well I didn't receive an email from them, so I sent one to them. Literally all of a minute later I got a response apologising and to tell me my phone was fixed and will be sent back later that same day.

The phone arrived the next day, packaged extremely well and they did an excellent job on the phone itself. There isn't enough superlatives about how good I felt about this company. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will do so in the future.
