Paid to find out what network the iPhone was locked to and got the exact information that is readily AND freely available on the Apple website!! and when I complained I was told "Hi, we think the reason this has come back with the info below is because it is a replacement handset, these can not be unlocked and is unknown in any data base

I was taken for a ride!!!

I then got in touch with Officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and got the information the following day and the iphone is now unlocked:)

Do not trust this bunch of amateurs.

My Nokia's screen cracked, (and after handing it in at Teddington Essentials and getting a cheap screen which did not last long, I searched the net for a more reliable service) and in the end sent it to FoneFunShop to be replaced. I requested a genuine part.

Fault 1. When I got it back, the buttons under the screen did not respond.

I sent it back to them, and they claimed that the pad under the buttons must have been damaged as well, but replaced it free of charge.

Fault 2. When I got it back the second time, the buttons still did not work properly.

Fault 3a. I investigated via Google and found that imitation parts do not fit under the key pad properly, so you never get a good fit with all keys pressing down in the right places.

Fault 3b. I also noticed that the screen could not be viewed except from directly in front whereas the orginal Nokia screen allowed a much wider viewing angle.

I sent it to the shop for the 3rd time, at my own cost again, and they adjusted the pad so that the keys nearly worked right.

Fault 4. They ignored my request to verify that it was a genuine part.

I realised that it was no use my trying to get things corrected with the shop, and that I was only losing money posting the phone to them every time.

I was extremely disappointed because my phone felt clumsy, often did not respond to a button press, or did a double press, with unfortunate consequences, and it was very distressing to use after this.

Fault 5! Worst of all, 6 months later, my screen cracked all by itself! I went to sleep with the phone alright and woke up with it having a crack in the corner - and I hadn't been drunk or anything!

So after all my expenses, up to half the value of the phone, I am back where I started, and have decided to go to Nokia and pay the full price.

I have also given 'Layout of Shop' a 1/5 because even though I used the internet to get their service, their communication, though prompt, was terrible and unhelpful.

I made an order from this shop, after week I writen to them and asked where is my order - they said I need to wait a bit more. Then I waited more and writen to them that I haven't received anything - they do not responded to that mail. I opened Paypal case and I won it. That's good because I don't wan't to give free money to these scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

i have used this company for a few years and havent had any problems to date very fast service and delivery

I found Fone Fun Shop.co.uk using a Google search. Their website clearly stated that they could unlock my type of phone. I mailed the phone to them + a £15 cheque. They returned the phone ... it was still locked! The supplied codes did not work. I don't take kindly to companies that a) cash my cheque, and b) don't deliver the service!

Fone Fun Shop.co.uk unlocked my lg viewty within 48 hours this viewty had the new lg security on it and i had tried everywhere to get it unlocked absolutely 1st class service for 25.00 (plus 5.05 special delivery post office to send phone) brilliant service highly recommended
