These con-men are now trading as The Logic People.

They sell you mobile phone contracts and promise you cash back, but the cash back takes months to arrive, and only then after repeated calls to them.

One of the salesmen - Brian - comes across all charming and really he's just having your pants down.

He sold us 5 phones on a "£180 a month" contract, and we ended up paying REGULARLY in excess of £300 a month. The shared minutes turned out to be a con as Orange didn't offer such a deal and really we just had 300 minutes each rather than 1500 minutes shared.

I would never deal with these again.

I completely disagree with all the above comments, my dealings with this company has been nothing but pleasant and efficient. The staff there are extremely friendly and are always on hand to help with any queries. My cash back and hardware was all on time.

I cannot comment on the layout of the shop as they have always conveniently come out to our Offices, and dealt with us post sale via phone or e-mail.

Communicomms directors are all con men !

Logic people has not bought out communicomms as Logioc people was set up by the directors to scam all communicomms customers out of cash back and and then trade under the LOGIC people company name

We have now instructed our legal team to find this crowd of bandits and administer the full extent of the law onto them. We know where they are, we know what they have changed their name to and we also have their directors home addresses - be very careful Communicomms here comes the Hurricane.

Best advice - you should all get jobs clearing tables in McDonald's as this will suit your professional abilities and stop you from robbing people!!

Should anyone even talk to Communicomms UK Ltd? NO.

The Dream Sale : The Sales Man walked into our office and renewed our contract with O2 for two years. The promise he gave was £500 in hardware credit. "Buy anything, even golf clubs, and give us the receipt," he said. The deal was done and we bought an iPhone from Apple.

Knocking on the Devils Door : We sent the receipts and got no response for months! We called them and they said they didn't get the receipts. Good trick from the old book! Denial! Fine we said and sent the receipts again. Been months and we are still trying to get money they promised to pay to us.

The Case : The Business Head of Scotland never responds to our calls. Try call his mobile and he will never pick your call. Wonder why they call themselves a Communications company! Call the office and the admin team will assure you that the Business Head will call you : tumble weeds roll for weeks.

The Good Samaritan : Someone with a similar case had posted a review here and named and shamed the Business Head and the Sales Man. Out of no where, the Sales Man calls us!!! WOW, isn't that awesome. You try to get in touch with him for months and some good Samaritan forced him to call us. Sadly, the review disappeared and so did the promise by the Sales Man that he will get the Business Head to call us.

How difficult could it be!? They owe us £500. Silly money, but they promised it. We now realise that we could have cracked a better deal if we called O2 directly.

We've notified O2 that Communicomms (aka Active Telecom) have mis-sold services. That's what they've done. Promises by the sales man and rejections by the Business Head.

If Communicomms call you or visit you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Guess what this company is going to stop trading soon blame the recession and are starting up again next year under a different name. Wheres the LOGIC with these PEOPLE.

I was completely happy with the BDM at point of sale, but there after it went downhill. I was promised a seamless change of network with a cashback to help along the way. Still I am waiting on most of the cashback the BDM has disappeared. The local so called Director just passes the buck to the clueless admin team. At least they try! If the director cant be bothered with sending out cash which is owed then why should anyone go with CommuniComms UK?

Took out a contract for 65 mobile phones for my company with communicomms. The contract involved a monthly cashback from Communicomms. The company were repeatedly late in paying the cashback and now at the end of the 12 month contract two monthly payments are still owed. Despite numerous calls to the office I am now having to take legal action against the company to recover a considerable sum. As for customer service do not believe their website when they tell you that you will have your own account manager. Once they sign you up you will not hear from them again. Do not touch this company. I have rated them 1 as there was no option to give a negative rating!

Got a call from one of the sales reps and decided to invite them out. They gave what seemed a good deal and once signed up never heard from the sales rep again.

Once received the phones, 2 didn't work and have never managed to get these swapped so I have bought another 2 myself.

The first bill came early due to the apparent manager wanting to connect my business for the end of the month. I got a bill for over £1000 for 5 numbers. Clearly wrong.

The only option that I have is to forward to the regulators and let them help me sort it out as the company clearly don't want to do it!

I have dealt with Communicomms for a while now and have never had a problem with them. Staff are very friendly, they return calls and most importantly they give you correct information and are only too willing to help. They also carry out what they promise and if they cant make savings etc, they are honest and will tell you.
