WHSmith Clubcard

I agree, WH Smith don't seem to bother about customer loyalty any more, I've now got a Waterstone's card, and will probably shop more there than at Smith's. I joined there new scheme as soon as it was announced and never got a voucher yet. I don't see the point in printing off vouchers anyway, as with a card you just need to show it at the till.

Have registered for clubcard online scheme and still waiting for a reply since 1 march and nothing yet. no vouchers. no reply. this is the new scheme they have introduced to replace the instore loyalty card where you now get online vouchers via email and only by email. what is the use of vouchers if you cant get them
