Refusing to give a refund, cancelled order a month ago so didn't even receive a watch. Avoid.

Poor customer service. They lie to you about fast delivery. You get disconnected everytime you call customer service. They do not value customers at all.

You are better off paying extra from another store/website. At least they will look after you.

i have order a watch from uk and they send it same day from france took 2days to arrived.i realy pleased with it

Ordered a G-Shock and was lied to about it being sent out, they couldn't provide a tracking number and said that the delivery company made a mistake! This was after about a week after my due delivery date. I took it in my own hands and contacted the courier to find out nothing was in bound to my delivery address. Luckily, I had paid by PayPal who protected the buyer and issued a refund.

Also they are NOT located in the UK - for any potential buyers you should know this.

You can find better G-Shock deals on Amazon and eBay. Also try Nigel O Hara - great prices and fast delivery.

I would rather of had the truth that the watch was out of stock or they listed something that was not in stock, etc. Rather than be lied to. Totally dishonest and untrustworthy.

I write this review to help others on the fence about ordering from them. Don't be tempted by their prices or stock. Save yourself the hassle and order from a reputable online store.
