Took in watch for a simple battery replacement 21 May 2011. Staff advised watch would be ready to collect Monday. Called into shop Monday and staff now advised battery out of stock and they would contact me when received. Called into shop on Thursday and staff advised they had fitted new battery but watch was broken. Took watch home and, on checking the internet and opening watch, saw they had put battery in back to front. When I inserted the battery correctly the watch was fine. Despite having to visit the shop 4 times due to there errors staff took a couldn't care less attitude and did not even offer an apology. Company appears to be totally incompetent and I would suggest other customers take care when dealing with this company.
