I bought a ring from the Mikey jewellery website a month ago, and returned it immediately with recorded delivery.

I have NOT been refunded yet, and the website is closed due to maintenance!

Their email site doesn't seem to be functioning either, so in fact I'm worried I've lost £32 pounds.
