I needed to get my fiance's engagement ring re-sized. I emailed every independant jeweler in Wimbledon asking if they provided this service and if so what cost and time frame would be involved. Nobody replied, expect for Michael Platt. I was given all the info I needed before dropping off the ring. Upon visiting the lovely sshop in Wimbledon Village we were greeted by possibly the most polite and courteous staff I have ever met! The jeweler himself checked everything to be certain that the work he did would be correct.

We picked up the ring from different but equally nice staff and the re-sizing was as perfect as we'd been promised.

My only problem is I only wish I had found them when picking out an engagement ring in the first place!
