Great experience with the person I dealt with who was extremely helpful with the choices during purchase and also facilitated with delivery. Initially I received only 1 of 3 pieces and became disgruntled when it seemed there were excuses made to justify delays. I appreciate Bonnie's efforts in ensuring the pieces were delivered on the agreed upon date. Thanks to the people I dealt with!

Ordered my bedroom furniture on line and then rang to confirm that I would be able to get a 2 man delivery team. The sales person was very helpful and confirmed my delivery arrangements. Two weeks later my furniture arrived as promised and I am thrilled to bits with it. Good quality and after shopping around, the Bedroom Shop were the best on price.

Excellent work of these 2 gentelmen. Turned up on time early sometimes there workmenship was very good clean up aferthemselves talked over with us over the job they were very polite they were a joy to have them in my home I would like to thank them for there hard work. ( Ken x Tommy ) and all my family and friends that have been to see my new bedroom are thrilled by wat it's like I am disabled and every thought has been put into the desigh and even lights that I need to get up during the night so needed some lights. Soft not to wake my husband up are fab I didn't know this company before I purchased but with the garentee I was prepared to give them a try glad I did I cart find any faults with my bedroom and would put this in but I haven't got any !!! If any 1 reading this review is in doubt don't be they are very good good at wat they do and are reachable don't hesitate we don't always see excellent workmenship today well we have seen it first hand !!!!

Very disappointed in this company ordered all my children bedroom furniture for her bedroom so we could get it nice for Christmas and still waiting for it while my daughter sleeps on a mattress on the floor in a empty bedroom ruined our Christmas! I have been promised 10 dates for delivery of my order but never turned up so that 10 times i have waited in all day i now just want my money back so i can go to another company that can deliver what they promise.The after sale is worst i have ever encountered it's always somebody else fault not a clue what they are doing. I just hope that i don't have the same problem having my money returned back to me i will never use this company again worst experience of my life.

We have just finished a bedroom fit with Betta Living and have found all the staff involved to be very helpful. We have used the company before and on both occasions have been very pleased with our bedrooms. In particular our fitters - Ken and Tommy Delves are star quality. I had them last time and requested them again. They are extremely hard working and did a big job this time in 2 days arriving at 7.45am each morning and working through til 7pm. Always pleasant and polite, hard working and very clean and tidy. Thanks very much to both of you.

This is the second time we have used Betta Living for a fitted bedroom. The quality of the product and fitting is excellent. When arranging for the second bedroom we were able to ask for the same fitter because he was excellent.

All the staff were very helpful - from the first contact with the sales department - to the fitting we were very pleased with the service.

We particularly liked the soft close doors which don't slam when you close them.

My family has been shopping at this location for the last 3-4 years and have not had any issues until today! On April 7th, 2012 my family and I were dealing with (name removed) the new sales manager as he so confidently bragged and what a disheartening and disgusting experience. We arrived there around 2-3pm and after negotiating a set price of $1400 tax inc. for an Ashley Furniture bedroom set for my daughter (the second set we would have purchased for her from this location) I called back to see if there was any additional wiggle room. The set included and I quote (name removed), Double Canopy Bed WITH MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING, Head and Foot Board, Rails, Desk with Mirror, night Stand. This also included delivery. I told

(name removed) we would think about it a little more and get back to him by end of day. At 5:30pm I called back and told him we are very close to making a deal but is there anything additional he could do on the price. He said yes, lets make it $1350 tax in. I said deal and gave him my credit card information and a delivery date of May 25th, the day we move into our new home. We were elated! Until moments later when (name removed) called back to say after working the numbers he did not include the Box Spring and Mattress, as well, he now decides to disclose that the canopy is not included and I can buy it on Amazon for $40-50 bucks. I was shocked! Sitting with my Mother in Law and My Wife who were also present at the time of sale and heard

(name removed) clearly state that the Set included the Box Spring and the Mattress we could not believe that he would pull such a low class and disgusting sales stunt. I told

(name removed) over the phone that I swear on my kids lives with my family present that he did in fact include the Box Spring and Mattress and that he was now being very unethical. He said no he didn't and unconsciously said that he would now credit back the $400 deposit to my card and without letting me get another word in hung up!! I sat with the phone in my hand ringing a busy signal for several minutes in shock as to the unethical and once again disgusting sales tactic that

(name removed) pulled on me. I work in sales and I would never treat any "REPEAT" customer the way that

(name removed) treated me! I would urge you to shop around, avoid this unethical business practice and save yourself the torment and embarrassment that you will endure while shopping at The Bedroom Shops 16715 Location! This is from a shocked and utterly saddened repeat customer that will now be forced to spend my hard earned money elsewhere and where appreciated!
