Paid £400 for a unit in November to be told it was a busy period during Christmas and would receive my item after Christmas, was happy to wait. Emailed them in January, then again and again and again with no response then tried to call the number and it didn't work. The website was removed and they had no items listed. I eventually opened a case with PayPal to get my money back, the seller still didn't respond despite several emails from PayPal. Luckily they decided in my favour and I received a FULL refund! Will be very very very careful when buying from eBay again.

Worst customer service ever. Goods arrived 8 weeks late. I even stayed at home one Saturday as I was promised goods would be delivered, but they didn't arrive. When they did arrive there was a small amount of damage and I was promised some paint to touch up the scratches but I never received this in spite of several e-mails. Reading other reviews it seems I was lucky to actually get my unit.

Ordered a sideboard with wine rack in September 2015 paid in full expecting delivery 6/8 weeks. Called at end of this period and told pressure for Christmas had increased delivery to 10 weeks. All emails and phone calls go unanswered. Visit to store reveals an empty premises. I suspect they have done a runner. Lost all our cash and no furniture. Do not be taken in by professional website and Facebook page. I do not recommend this company.

Unhelpful & poor service. Given incorrect information - avoid!

Staff were awful!!! Horrible experience, it was as though I had interrupted the guys day by wanting some advice. Just split up from my wife and needed a house full of new furniture - I had the last laugh as taking my business to another company!!
