Five Piece Living Room Set
Just moved into my new apartment and went to Potty Barn to pick out some new furniture for my living room. They had plenty to choose from and delivery was on time.

Expensive Pottery Barn Chesapeake Collection Patio
Expensive Pottery Barn Chesapeake collection patio furniture took over three months to deliver. We placed our order on May 2007 at the Georgetown Pottery Barn store and did not receive it until August, 2007. Once delivered, the lounge chair and ottoman broke after less than eleven months of very light use. We return the broken furniture for an exchange and waited for over a month. After not receiving a single call from the store we returned to Pottery Barn for a refund. We were refunded for the sale price of the pieces ($326) even though we had spent well over $700 for the furniture. All throughout I feel we experienced poor and sometimes seemingly rude customer service. We have spent several thousand dollars at Pottery Barn throughout the years. Now, I am never going to Pottery Barn again.
I am never again shopping at Pottery Barn. I recommend you are careful if the piece of furniture that you want is not in stock. Also, the non-teak outdoor furniture does not seem durable to me. Even though they told us it would last 20 years, it did not last 11 months. I feel there is better stuff out there. Cheers! Ed
