Maison Du Monde

We purchased 8 Louis chairs and one armchair and 9 out of the 9 items ordered were faulty on delivery which we waited for 5 months! We will shortly post videos of the items on YouTube because it is hard to believe the state of the items we received. All chairs but one do not sit flat, some with legs shorter by more than a centimetre, glue is running down on all chairs, the upholstery has been stapled to the cushion of the chairs and are apparent on every chairs, but the spraying of the chairs gets the palm! Looks like it has been dyed by a three year hold! Tie dye guaranteed! Ridiculous! We have lost time (not one but three failed deliveries), money (days off waiting for nothing, hours on the phone with their useless customer service in France) and now they have transferred our case to their legal department but won't tell us who's handling the case!!! DO NOT BUY HERE look at all the reviews, everyone says the same! We are now writing reviews everywhere we can and will pollute their tweeter and Facebook accounts so that no one else does the same mistake we did and has to go through the nightmare we are going through with GBP1800 of faulty items and lost wages, phone bills...
