Wanted to write a positive review on the experience at Yankee Candles at the Lowry Shopping Centre Medial City Manchester!!! But unfortunately the staff well were rude un helpful for example we wanted to purchase some discounted Christmas candles but the prices were more expensive than in the high street so I spoke to member of staff to explain this to her, Answer was Never Mind she just did not care about customers shocking experience will never ever go back in to that store again!!!
