STAY AWAY FROM LEATHER LEADERS. Purchased a 3 seater sofa and an electric reclining chair from Leather leaders Merthyr Tydfil Branch for my 8 stones in weight elderly mother. After two years use the foam filling of the sofa collapsed to virtually flat and the recliner electric ram failed in the extended position.

Approaching Leather Leaders customer service for help was was useless. Apparently the ram is chinese made and spares are not available - and they didn't want to know about the defective sofa either as both purchases were out of guarantee. My advice? - steer well away from this type of store - it's a false economy - and also do better research than I did. Next time the furniture I purchase will be Lazyboy or Ekornes - no more low quality rubbish that initially looks nice but offers little else.
