When Goods Arrived From Ilva, I Felt Quality Was P
When goods arrived from Ilva, I felt quality was poor. 3 out of 6 chairs were damaged - 1 had only 3 legs!!. Customer care seemed non-existent. Numerous phone calls failed to get action. The second letter I sent finally saw replacement chairs delivered but no hint of apology or suggestion of compensation for hours of effort and expensive (premium rate) phone calls. Third letter got a seemingly half-hearted apology.
I think the quality of furniture from this company is 3rd rate and certainly not good value for money. Huge effort by me needed to resolve problems.
