Great customer service initially .Ordered and paid for a sofa 10 weeks ago. Initially told it would be delivered in 4 weeks.No sofa delivered. Fortunately paid for it by credit card. DO NOT USE this company. They do not answer the phone or any emails. Recommended by Alison Cork at home in The Daily Telegraph ! Web site is still active.

Great communication during first 28 days or so. Then when tried to arrange delivery no show.

Numerous attempts made to contact Happy Sofa was met with silence. No reply to email and the telephone always goes straight to voicemail.

Fortunate to have made my purchase using a Visa card and have been able to claim a section 75 refund.

Buyer be VERY Wary.

I would not advise anyone to order a sofa from this company. It is not possible to speak to anyone as they only operate an answer phone system. I was originally told the average waiting time for a sofa was 4 weeks. Three months later they have had our money & we have no sofa

We started off with fantastic service from Happy Sofa and really liked their customer service person. However, after a three week delay and us chasing them we found one of our fabrics was out of stock. We proceeded to receive one of the sofas in the wrong colour (after a 12 week wait)and after waiting a further two weeks decided of no news, to cancel both of our orders. However, they have stopped answering our calls and messages and so we have a sofa we don't want and can't get a refund for. We are now having to seek legal advice. They have obviously grown too quickly and cannot deal with their customer needs. Not recommended, be wary.

As a very busy mum/professional, its great to have a place to curl up on at the end of the day! That was exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got. Brilliant buy and super comfy, now I know why the kids don't get off it!!

Love the style, the little bun feet are fabulous.

This week I received delivery of my new sofa that I ordered from happy sofa and it looks great. I must say the service has been first class from day one. They delivered it in 3 weeks and kept me informed every step of the way- even the delivery men were pleasant!

The quality of the sofa is brilliant, its more comfy than i thought it was going to be. very happy!

I rarely feel the need to write about a company but this one felt like it was worth it. The young man who helped me at Happy Sofa was outstanding. My order not only came two weeks earlier than expected he even offered to help make arrangements for my old sofa!

The sofa is verry comfortable and the Happy swatch pack made it very easy to choose which fabric I wanted.
