Lack of knowledge on products being sold. When ordering paint from Design House over the phone, I was assured the quantity I requested was too much. Going by their recommendation, 2.5 litres was purchased, and a round trip of 60 miles undertaken. When getting back home, low and behold the paint did not cover the area specified, so another trip was required. On the second trip an attempt at overcharging was made.
They assured me that the paint would cover the area concerned (despite details stated on the back of the tin).
In future I will go somewhere that knows about the products they are selling.
