Great range of products and interesting store layout, however staff seem to have had little or no customer service training.

On my last visit the checkout girl seemed clueless and failed to neutralise the security tags on my purchases, the security guard who apprehended me as I left the store treated me like a shoplifter - instead of apologising and politely asking me to return to the checkout counter, he loudly insisted on searching my bags, embarassing me in front of dozens of shoppers in the store and the Manageress simply lectured me about the amount of shoplifting they encounter and wouldn't admit it was THEIR mistake.

I don't know whether this is the case with just the Reading store - probably it's more the result of a rather poor corporate culture. Shop there if you must. My last visit there was just that - my last visit there! You have been warned !

One of my favourite stores in Leeds. Have a wide range of products, so something for everyone. Hae come away with the odd bargain now and then.
