I purchased a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from cheapsofasonline.co.uk thinking we were buying direct from the supplier to the major chains which is why we were getting the sofa so cheap.

The sofas were delivered withing 2 weeks of ordering and we paid cash on delivery.

The 3 seater had a hige tear on it so it had to get sent back which was fine with me and I thought I was getting a really good service. I was told my replacement would be sent the next morning at 8.30 am which was great with me.

Later that evening I got a phone call saying I could not get my sofa then and I had to get it that night which meant I had to stay up until 11.45PM to receive my sofa!! I had no choice so I just done it.

The sofas are certainly not 2 seater and 3 seater. More 1 and 2. They are very small.

Also the quality is very poor. The cushions are micro fibre which means they have no give at all. They said they would send me replacement foam cushions for each sofa but I am yet to receive them.

Also the wood structure and springs are giving way after only 2 months of having the sofas. We will be going to SCS or DFS to buy a new sofa now and I would not recommend anyone buying a sofa from this company.
