I made an order a week ago. Nothing happened. Cash was written off from my bank card. I sent them e-mail twice. No response. No acceptance. Nothing.

Aucun service client, même le numéro de téléphone est faux ils répondent jamais à vos méssages.

Une fois que vous avez payez c'est terminez!

C'est eux qui mettent des commentaires favorables et retirent les vrais plaintes des clients.

Cette pratique est interdite, ils vous trompent en mettant de faux avis clients!

Not very happy with this company. Took my order and money left my account. Three weeks later and I have not received my item. Emailed them last week, no response received.

So posted a bad review on another site earlier today, and received a response to that within 30 minutes calling me a lying tw@t. However their response included my earlier email to them. Muppets!

Emailed back pointing this out, and received an email back by return stating anybody can cut and paste and refering to me as an idi0t. It was clear that they hadn't even bothered to check their email account.

Avoid this company, poor communication (until you post a bad review - then just rude). Clearly they do not realise that reviews can be amended if you resolve issues with customer. No attempt to resolve failure to provide goods.

I have bought quite a few different products from Universalbumpkeys.com and have always found them to be excellent quality at a great price. Most times the packages have been sent free of charge.

I bought a Southord 22 piece lock pick set from this website and I have to say the customer service is superb. I purchased the item on Sept 15th and it was with me the next day. I have since puchased a set of bump keys and a bump hammer from them and again superb delivery time and no postage costs.

I bought the 21 piece bump keys set from UniversalBumpKeys and I managed to get into nearly all the locks in my house. I have also bought a Universal Bump key set and they are absolutely superb. No postage and very quick delivert

I used UniversalBumpKeys.com to purchase Universal Bump Keys, a 21 piece bump keys set, a 10 pin tubular lock pick and a 15 piece Southord pick set and I have to say they are the best bump key shop around. Not only is the VAT included in the price but there are no delivery fees. Most of the other bump keys shops have extras on top when you come to checkout, something that costs say £100 ends up costing £128, nearly 30% more.
