Last week I contacted the ToolVault via their online contact form to see if an item was in stock
No response
A few days later I sent an email direct to their sales address.
No response
Well, heaven knows how long they take to deliver goods if they cant reply to a normal sales request.

I was very pleased by the level of service. The process was simple from start to end. Price was competitive and delivery was excellent. The EY190C is a very impressive drill kit probably one of the best drill kits I have ever used.
I would recommend The Toolvault and their service has been really professional. The only thing I would suggest is to see more power tools on the website.
