I would recommend thiese products and this companies services to all.

ordered a towel rail and waited and rang them three times, no communication, not really bothered. two months later give up waiting and cancelled my order. avoid them at all cost !!!!

Emailed them to confirm delivery times before ordering. Was told 7 to 10 days. Placed order, and then got an email quoting 12 days. Day before delivery got another email to day only going to get a part delivery and would have to wait another 7 days. What use is a part delivery. Now I have to wait in twice. Either deliver on time or tell me and give me the option of having whole ordered delivered at one time.

Not impressed with service

They have a large variety of bathroom radiators and I was also looking for the best designer bathroom radiators in the UK. I have no complaints, for a year I have been using it very rough.

Ordered a Myson radiator with them had it delivered within 3 days which is reasonable for this item. When I phoned them for advice they were polite and professional. Site looks nice think still awaiting some more products but easy to use. Will order again when I need more radiators.
