home depot is well known for DIY odd jobs in construction but honestly, they offer more than what we think.

i'm a small contractor in phoenix and i happen to have issues with my tools. every time they break, i simply go to home depot after taking photos of my tools. almost every time, they have specialists who have a deep knowledge in all kinds of tools.

I used Home Depot for ALL of my home improvement projects. But my recent bathroom remodel was a MAJOR RIP-OFF. Workmanship & the subs did a great job, but it took over 90 days to do a little under 100 SQ FT of tile. It was the project managers/schedulers who did a horrible job communicating and did not know what what was going on. I returned a few items and got pennies on the dollar. BIG LET DOWN with this HOME DEPOT project. I expected better value and accountability.

This is a good place to buy things for your home diy projects fairly cheaply. I would rather go to the physical store though since shipping can be a bit slow.

Apparently now anytime you buy on Home Depot's promotions you know when you buy now pay interest in 18 months they used to apply the money (when you make payments) to the promotional balance, NOT ANYMORE now you have to call every month after you make a payment to have it applied to the promotional balance or it just pays down any regular balance you have without ever touching the promotion so you can get hit with the interest in the end. I will be moving my business to Lowes. Good thing I look at my bill. It would have been nice if they notified us of the change and if they did they put it in such fine print it could not be found.

I went shopping in the Plano,TX location and received good value purchasing a new riding lawn tractor. The price was unbeatable. Unfortunately, I knew more about the brands then the workers did, this was disappointing. The store staff member said she was normally in the paint area however the guy who worked with the riding lawnmowers called in sick. I still bought the new lawnmower and cut my lawn today. It works well.

i'm at HD like every weekend! great place to buy whatever you need to fix up the house. cheap too!
