I bought this product to finish off my bathroom, i wanted this particular shape as its a bit different. I'm really happy with it in terms of the price i bought it for and the quality. I didnt really have too much contact with designoradiators (think they should change the name!) so i cant really rate the service properly, it did come when they said it would and didnt need to ring them or anything. I would recommend them as from looking round there products are as cheap as anywhere and i didnt have any problems at all
