Horrendous Quality

I purchased a lexmoto titan 125 had the bike for a year and it was falling apart. Rust everywhere, electrical problems , ignition barrel falling out , battery issues. Eventually it broke down never to start again. The boss of trago came out and tried to blame me saying it was poor upkeep and I should be spraying it with a waterproof lubricant I've showed the pictures to various bikers and testers and they told me this isn't normal at all. Avoid buying any bikes from trago2wheels if it goes wrong they will blame you and only offer a small amount of the bike back to you. I should of took them to court regret it now

I Think Trago Is Wrong

I visited Trago in Newton Abbot and its a brilliant store, however, there is a parking area outside the build centre. On the wall is a sign on the wall which states roughly, parking limited to 2 hrs, cars parked over this time will be clamped. Clamping cars is only allowed by Police and council parking officials not private firms who can only issue a ticket which is really an invoice and not enforceable unless taken to court.

Great Customer Service Carpet Section

Trago have a varied selection of carpets and brand names can be considerably cheaper as well as good quality underlay. We ordered our carpets but unfortunately the fitter made an error when fitting. The Manager at Trago Newton Abbott could not have been more helpful and arranged that the error was rectified. Great service all round.

Trago On 2 Wheels

Trago mills have decided to go into selling motorcycles!!!! Just a warning beware these are chinese, bought one for my son constantly had to be repaired poor build quality and totaly worthless when you want to sell it. They say they have Honda engines etc they dont you get what you pay for and these are rubbish. Buy a second hand known make like Suzuki or Honda etc. Just wish I had known before I got one of these....

Think they should stick to what they know best household stuff etc great for taking your child too for a day out, food stuff is good too just not Motorbikes.....

It looks like your best option is to visit this shop and make your own assumptions. As a biker with over forty years experience I seem to remember oh too well all my friends saying why have you bought a Japanese bike they are rubbish.I can honestly tell you all within 6 months all my mates who rode British bikes had all swapped to the imported machines. As I said earlier go see you might get a surprise and maybe buy one or at least get a friendly welcome as I did.

This is so obviously someone from Trago or Lexmoto, I bought mine recently from a local dealer my friend against my advice bought a Tornado from Trago on Wednesday it has all ready cut out on her several times. When she wants to sell it no one wants it as there second hand value is worthless, you get what you pay for if you want to buy a bike go to a specialist not a discount store with enthusastic amatures and as to clothing well there are plenty in the area selling clothing at just as competative in some cases lower prices my advice carry on riding past !!!!

Having been in the Motorcycle industry for some 15 years, I may well have agreed with your brief appraisal of these Chinese imports. However recent history with regard to most of these 50 & 125cc commuter models paint a different picture. Not too many years ago the quality and reliability was at best dubious, but over the past few years more investment (some of this from the Japanese manufacturers themselves), has seen vast improvements from many of the Chinese brands. To this end the Chinese market is growing stronger each year, having taken over 30 per cent of the commuter market share away from the Japanese big boys last year. It seems to me that maybe you were somewhat unfortunate with your purchase and maybe did buy from one of the very few poor quality suppliers that are still out there. Most of these poorer quality models seem to be sold via the internet nowadays. I would urge people to do their homework because if you do you will find that you can buy a very cheap, reliable and fun to ride Chinese Motorcycle.

I have been to Trago Mills to take a look at their new Trago 2 Wheels offer; I must say I was very impressed. Not only did I find the staff pleasant, enthusiastic and very helpful they were also all genuine Motorcyclists. Trago are selling the Lexmoto and Pulse models which I know to be well made and reliable Chinese models, at a fraction of the price of the Japanese models. Trago have also managed to provide a good balance of quality (but not overpriced) clothing and accessories. Well worth a ride out.

Trago Mills Garden Centre Is So Expensive.

I'm a keen gardener but watch the pennies I've all ways used Trago Newton abbot for plants and bits n bobs , but now the garden centre is more expensive than local garden centres, four times now I've found the same plant local sometimes 20 pet cent cheaper! Know body beats Trago ! Every one is beating you on price !! Very bad job Trago

Terrible

Terrible. After getting double charged for a three piece suite twice by Trago, I only managed to get the money back after two weeks and getting my bank to threaten Trago to give the money back, I received no compensation or apology from Trago for this at all. After this it turned out the suite was defective and Trago again were of little to no use in the way of help, rather than apologising they wanted us to jump through hoops to get the problem sorted. Trago left my wife in tears after we told them that we were unhappy with everything about our experience with them and would tell everybody we know to avoid Trago and the manager told her that she is not entitled to do even that in their eyes. I think it is no coincidence that my wife is foreign and Trago have a track record of racism, just look on the web for the proof.

We Are Regular Visitors At Trago Mills Newton Abbo

We are regular visitors at Trago Mills Newton Abbot, they sell something for everyone! Very easy to find, just off the A38, and parking is very rarely a problem. On arrival we drive up past the first car park, past the shed centre, around the main building to the car park right at the top, if no spaces there, the overflow car park is next to it. Although this is a little further to walk to the main shop, the walk takes you past the animal centre, through all the children's activities, and down past all the other lovely little shops. Now all you mums and dads, the reason we take the longer route is if you want to do some shopping in peace with your children, you tell them that if they are very good in the shop, they can have a bit of fun afterwards on the way back! Works every time with my young son! As you walk down you are mostly, but not all, under cover so even if raining you won't get too wet! Stop to take a look in the little shops as you walk down by, There's a sweet shop, a cafe offering nice meals at reasonable prices, a shop selling unusual wooden toys, a bed shop and a terrific barber shop, I had my son's hair cut for £6 and she did a very good job. There are yummy cake shops, ice cream shop, fish and chips and other take aways, on a fine day you can sit outside on the benches and tables provided. And we haven't arrived at the main shop yet! A little further down on the right hand side is the Garden Centre. Lots of things for the garden, plants shrubs and trees, fencing panels etc, garden ornaments, electrical items, barbecues etc etc etc! while on the left there is another cafe and a store specialising in disability aids. Past that on the right is a fruit and veg stall and yet another cafe, opposite which, on the left you have reached the entrance to the main store! A little past that entrance is the shed store and the first car park. On entering the store, if you have children keep hold of them as they can easily get lost in this huge store, especially when crowded! The Customer Services desk is at the entrance. You then walk through garden and patio furniture (they do change things around sometimes so don't rely too much on that, seasonal!) Car Accessories are over to your left, plumbing and DIY straight ahead and right, straight ahead and turn left leads you to lighting, kitchen utensils, household textiles, from here if you turn right and keep walking you will find furniture of all descriptions, rugs, a carpet dept and more... if you continue straight ahead you will reach musical items, electrical goods, Cd's DVDs, toiletries, household cleaning equip, clothing, shoes...., and at the far end a large selection of toys and games. Follow the room around you will find nursery/baby items, a little further- ornaments, then stationary and on to jewellery. Should you decide to purchase large items there are collection points where you can pick them up with the car on the way out. If you now work your way out of the store there is another entrance/exit called the Atrium where you will find cash dispensers and toilets. Just before The Atrium are the checkouts, lots of them, but still often queued! On leaving the building, turn left and the path will take you by a pond and back to the little shops outside, turn right and you are now able to have lots of fun with the kids (pay by tokens available in machines there) on some of the rides, amusements, in the park, on the train.... look at the animals in the animal enclosure... whatever takes their fancy! Then back to the car park at the top. Happy adults, happy kids! You will want to go there another day! If you live far away, make sure you get there early enough to have a full day out if you have kids! And if you don't have kids? You will very much enjoy the shopping! And the young at heart can still enjoy a ride on the Steam train if they want! Oh yes, you can fuel up the car there at good prices on the way out, and get a further reduction on fuel when you have spent over a certain amount in the main store. They will give you a voucher at the checkout. Have a great day!

Trago Mills Is Good Value For Money. What Ever You

Trago Mills is good value for money. What ever you want it's there. It was a good day out for the kids as well, with the rides. The only two bad points I can make are: 1. They are too far to get to and 2. There is not enough Trago Mills stores in the UK. I love the place!

Well I Know My Trago Mills Boots Were Really Cheap

Well I know my Trago Mills boots were really cheap, but after 2 weeks of wearing them, my feet really hurt. I know if you pay for quality that's what you get, but these boots should never have been on the shelves. They looked good at first, looked reasonably made, but you just can't wear them.

It is a good quality shop - we get our air beds from Trago Mills and they haven't popped or gone down and I would recommend it to anyone.
