I love shopping at Norstroms. They have high quality clothes and their service is great.

i don't recommend the heavenly bed from Nordstrom its not the same bed like the one you sleep at the hotels!! the bed is so expensive and i just slept in the bed less than 3 months and the mattress was sagging. also the bed was sooo hard!! so firm i couldn't sleep on it without waking up with pain all over my body!! i would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED.on top of that they don't refund you the whole amount you paid when you returned they charged shipping cost and 15 % restocking fee! the Matress has a bad odor! and there is more the sales person don't tell you by law all these mattresses has chemicals to make them fire resistant . is a waste of money and dangerous for your health.
