Lack Of Knowledge In Human Resourses
I called to Jcpenney about a Job listed. This person asked me for my application number and told me that he will call me. When I called to know about my application he didn't remembered me. I called again because there was a new position available. He told me that they are not hiring.
I wonder why he didn't tell me to start they were not hiring instead of waiting several weeks. There is nothing wrong with not having a position available. Honestly is important.
