Poor Customer Relations

Today we decided to shop at Dillard's at Eastgate, near Cincinnati. There were two purses on sale at Dillard's, same purse as my wife purchased two months ago at full price. However, the prices marked were different. I went and saw the sales manager and she informed me that we were correct and both would be sold to us at the lower price. My wife and I looked around and picked out additional items and when we went to pay, we were told the prices would be different because the original prices were different according to the Store Manager. When it was discovered that the original prices were indeed the same, he informed us that it did not matter what the sales manager told us, he would not approve the same price. Accordingly, I informed him we would never shop at Dillard's again since they will not honor what we were told (Difference if $25 on a COACH purse, is not much). What shocked me is that he told us he did not care if we never came back and Dillard's did not want our business. So much for Dillard's. Maycy's and Nordstrom here we come!!

Rude Customerservice In Makeup Dept At Sumner Blvd Raleigh

i had been shopping in mall had lots of bags,i went to makeup dept, she ask i need help i asked for Blue Copper moisturizer,she did not know where to find .so she asked co worker,2nd coworker told me after i had already found the product,I said i found it,then 1st service person STOOD over me after i no longer needed help, ask her check price since she was still standing there,i asked could i then open box to see how big the jar was,1st service person say yes,there was 2 packages on shelf she took one off the shelf.the other product i said how much i said $78.she say yes . i said im get this BLUE COPPER product,she took item to counter then i paid the 2nd service person. i normally dont shop there but i wanted this product,i saw on line,Dillards had a better deal.I had my daughter ,with me so i didnot make a big deal off it . i wont shop there again if thats how u treat ur customers ,by following them, and not Smiling or being hospitable at all. 1st service person not polite at all,depressing face.i was smiling in a great mood shopping in another store in the mall.Better training need for service people.
