I have used CTA Systems for years now and have never once had a single problem, I met Will when I had a virus on my old PC Years ago and Called CTA - I was advised what the problem could be and was expected to be and it turned out it was exactly that problem, Will came out and sorted it all for a very reasonable price, I now have my new computer (Built by Will) serviced on a regular basis and myther him with questions whenever I need to, I am not the most trusting person But I would highly reccomend CTA Systems Runcorn
