When I took my computer in to Nima, it was in a sorry state. Nima not only did the work I paid him to do, like fitting the new processor, but completely cleaned and re-organised the tower's interior to make it neater, more spacious and easier to clean. He fixed a long-term problem with the computer's startup that I hadn't asked him to fix. He gave me free RAM as an additional incentive, and remotely logged into my computer when I ran into a minor problem at home, without demanding some extra ridiculous charge. In short, of all the IT companies I've ever had to go with, he is the most helpful, most efficient and most importantly the most honest person I've seen so far. Can't recommend him enough
